My first blog

So this is my first time for blogging i guess. so here it goes:
I'm not sure how it goes, if it's supposed to be like a journal or just whatever.
Umm I've had an ok summer so far, though my papa died this past friday. He was a good man and a Christian so it wasn't too bad cause at least i'm pretty sure I know where he's going. It's always a little easier to mourn the loss of a loved one who you think was a Christian. It gets kind of boring though sometimes cause most everyone's gone for the summer. though some are still within driving distance so it makes it ok for the most part. I'm training for a triathlon with a friend which has been really fun so far. It's making me get back into shape which is never a bad thing. I don't really have anything planned trip wise for the summer nor do I really have the money to go on one if i wanted to (which i do lol). But other than that, i'm trying to have more meaningful quiet times and Lordwilling grow more and more dependent on Jesus. Well I think that'll be all for now... Oh, I met a lot of cool people the last week of school that I still am able to keep in contact with, so that's pretty sweet.
